Job Title: Marketing Insights Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights department as a Marketing Insights Intern.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Insights Intern, you will work closely with our international teams to help them in their day-to-day and strategic thinking needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and mastering countries and categories dynamics (North America, Europe, Asia / Fragrance, make-up, skincare)
  • Tracking performances (Coty Luxury brands and competitors)
  • Better understanding competitors' strategies (portfolio management, distribution, pricing...)
  • Finding out business opportunities

You will work on Premium Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup categories and be responsible for regular updates of reporting tools and in-depth analysis. You will also answer marketing/trade/countries day-to-day questions and contribute to transversal projects.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic and international team of 5 people, working closely with several departments such as marketing. Our team is known for being curious, team players, and nice to work with.

Requirements:
  • Analytical minded, with the capacity to summarize & extract key insights with a clear purpose.
  • Confident to take the lead and defend your projects.
  • Rigorous, responsive, curious and proactive.
  • Creative mindset
  • Project management: Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Interest for beauty and consumer trends
  • IT skills, esp. Excel and powerpoint - not afraid of figures
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good networking skills
