Our Change Experience Team combines the worlds of traditional change management and innovative user experiences in a more empathetic, personalized, and immersive way to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Are you ready to revolutionize how we shape the future for pets? As our Training and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through a significant digital and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers, departments, and employees.
- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual, ensuring logistics and resources are in place.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting training opportunities and initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
