Generalist Lawyer

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generalist Lawyer to join our team at GROUPE LIMAGRAIN.

Key Responsibilities

• Reward and negotiate all contracts signed by Limagrain Corporate services on behalf of the company or other group companies.
• Advise and support operational teams during contractualization with partners.
• Develop and maintain contract models and documents for distribution to Limagrain Corporate departments.
• Provide legal counsel on cross-functional legal matters.
• Deploy the Group's Compliance Program, including anti-corruption and antitrust initiatives within Limagrain Corporate services.
• Support the Purchasing Department in:
  • Defining global purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Managing pre-contentious issues with suppliers.
• Monitor legal developments and participate in the creation of internal and external documents.
• Organize training and communication activities for Limagrain Corporate services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear legal language.
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of service.
• Recognized for rigor, proposal strength, and persuasion ability.
• Proficient in English to work in an international context, both written and orally.
