**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Development Specialist to join our team at Allianz. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting, tracking, monitoring, and consolidating data from the leakage process across all Business Units and Lines of Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Closed File Review Lead to align with the overall Leakage guideline and harmonize analyses while understanding the specifics per Business Unit and country reality.
  • Conduct analysis of claims data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas of leakage, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Business Units to implement manual, semi-automatic, or automatic controls on systems and processes to prevent leakage.
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify common/shared patterns.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) to perform data consolidation, analysis, and reporting, as well as create presentations about process, situations, and opportunities.
  • Ensure fluency in English and ability to multitask and work remotely in an international environment.
