Bar Manager

L'hôtel The Hoxton, Paris recherche un Bar Manager passionné pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.
Responsabilités- Faire respecter les standards de service et développer la qualité au sein du bar.
- Créer une ambiance en planifiant les ambiances musicales des points de vente.
- Participer aux inventaires alimentaires et boissons, analyser les résultats mensuels et mettre en place des actions correctives.
- Créer, former et faire respecter les procédures de contrôle interne.
- Intégrer, former et favoriser le développement des compétences de ses collaborateurs.
- Donner la culture Hoxton aux barmen, développer leur sens commercial et leurs qualités de vendeur.
- Organiser et contrôler le travail de son équipe.
- Élaborer des cocktails et des fiches techniques détaillées.
- Trouver des nouveaux produits et être force de proposition pour mise en place.
- Être force de proposition pour mise en place d'offre commerciale ponctuelle.
- Tu es un leader naturel, capable de motiver et de former ton équipe.
- Tu as une excellente connaissance du marché et des tendances actuelles.
- Tu es capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Tu as une excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Tu es capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les collègues.

- Remboursement des transports en commun à hauteur de 75%.
- Remboursement de la mutuelle à hauteur de 50%.

- Expérience stay dans les 3 premiers mois de ton arrivée : nuit + dîner au Rivié pour 2.
