Description: B&B Hotel Cergy Port, a prestigious 4-star establishment featuring 191 rooms, 11 meeting spaces, a bar, and a restaurant, is in search of a Technical Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and technical operations of the hotel. The primary objective is to implement preventive maintenance strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and support the operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the management team to drive the hotel's operational success
- Foster a positive workplace culture and boost team morale
- Supervise maintenance operations and cultivate a productive work environment
- Collaborate with various departments and actively engage in strategic meetings
- Maintain positive interactions with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to hotel initiatives such as renovations and catering services
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance tasks including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and equipment upkeep
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on technical systems
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Provide training and guidance to the team on safety measures
- Manage relationships with external contractors
- Optimize energy usage and advise management on specialized interventions
Contract Details: 39 hours per week

Candidate Profile:
