Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting exceptional engineering professionals who will contribute to SEGULA Technologies' continued success.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales team by ensuring we have the skilled talent needed to meet the increasing demand for engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your sourcing and talent identification skills to effectively meet recruitment needs across various engineering disciplines.
• Conduct pre-selection interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, behavioral traits, and cultural fit within our team.
• Develop and maintain a robust pool of qualified engineering talents to address the evolving requirements of our sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the essential qualifications and responsibilities for each open position within the engineering domain.
• Expand SEGULA Technologies' talent network and enhance our brand visibility within the engineering community.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems and databases to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate information effectively.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background in Human Resources Management or Work Psychology. A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in recruiting technical profiles, particularly within the engineering sector, is essential.

You possess excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and a deep understanding of the engineering industry landscape.
