Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives through effective project management and administration.
  • Administer contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and drive business growth within the Business Unit company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project management techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of project management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts, including health and safety regulations.
  • Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional level of English and French language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
