Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Master Data Management team at AXA Group. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Master Data Management strategies and requirements aligned to the AXA XL vision.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical requirements, taking the lead in requirements definition and clarification when necessary.
- Validate the feasibility and estimate the complexity of business requirements.
- Support customers and other stakeholders in demand generation.
- Support the Location MDM delivery team on design, development, user training, and operations with Tibco EBX tool.
- Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.
- Consistently interact with Team Leader on any business issues.
- Regularly interact with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to Master Data Management domain and provide solutions to the business.
- Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements - productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.
- University Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.
- Strong experience in MDM Design & Development with Tibco EBX tool.
- Good knowledge of MDM implementation process.
- Hands-on expertise required with Tibco EBX MDM tool.
- Strong experience in EBX design and implementation of Match & Merge process.
- Experience in Java & J2EE, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery/Angular JS, Testing framework.
- Experience in SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 and greater) and TSQL development.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data and process modeling, and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, XML, SOAP, integration middleware such as MuleSoft, etc.
- Knowledge of Tomcat, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere build process.
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry and Party Data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Client service attitude & experience.
- High level of data input accuracy.
- Strong Analytical skills.
