**Contexte**

VINCI Highways, une filiale de VINCI Concessions, est un leader dans les concessions, opérations et services de mobilité routière. Nous concevons, finançons, construisons et exploitons des autoroutes, réseaux urbains, ponts, tunnels et services routiers digitaux sur un réseau de plus de 3 000 km dans 14 pays.

**Mission**

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste M&A / Chargé(e) d'affaires Développement pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion de projets dans différents pays, pour des projets d'appel d'offres « greenfield » pour des nouvelles concessions, ainsi que des transactions de type privatisations ou ventes d'actifs (type M&A).

**Responsabilités**

  • Coordonner tous les aspects des transactions, financiers, juridiques, stratégiques, techniques, opérationnels et relations publiques.
  • Identifier des opportunités stratégiques d'investissement et mettre en place la stratégie établie avec le top management.
  • Mener des analyses stratégiques préliminaires, identifier des cas concrets de mise en œuvre et structurer des partenariats.
  • Appuyer les Responsables et Directeurs de Projets dans toutes les composantes des projets, stratégiques, financières, opérationnelles et juridiques.

**Exigences**

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école française (ou équivalent international), école de commerce ou école d'ingénieur.
  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire, avec une connaissance approfondie du développement d'activités, du financement de projets, des services de transactions ou de M&A.
  • Dynamisme, rigueur, esprit ouvert, sens de l'éthique, autonomie et organisation.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et pratique d'une autre langue (espagnol ou portugais) souhaitée.
