JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Support Manager plays a pivotal role in assisting the Sales and Marketing team to meet the community's occupancy and revenue objectives. Key responsibilities encompass aiding the team in managing the community's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring the availability of sales materials, facilitating the organization of on-site promotional events, and overseeing the administrative aspects of resident move-ins. Additionally, under the guidance of the Director of Sales or Sales Specialist, the Sales Support Manager may engage in advancing leads through the sales pipeline, which includes making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $26.50 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $52K to $55K.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing team in maintaining proficiency in the CRM lead tracking system.
  • Supporting the team by ensuring all prospect records are accurately updated in the CRM.
  • Building positive relationships with prospects by effectively communicating the Sunrise offerings and how they align with customer needs.
  • Ensuring model suites are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Assisting in setting and achieving sales targets in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills to generate qualified leads and appointments.
  • Preparing resident files in compliance with Sunrise and state regulations.
  • Managing the move-in process as per the established checklist.
  • Conducting orientations for new residents and their families, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Coordinating with the Resident Care Director and other team members for assessments.
  • Maintaining open communication with residents and families throughout the move-in process.
  • Facilitating connections between residents and their healthcare providers to ensure necessary documentation is completed.
  • Upholding confidentiality of resident information at all times.
  • Participating in community compliance with safety regulations and promoting risk management practices.
  • Actively contributing to team goals and demonstrating commitment to our Principles of Service.
  • Attending regular team meetings and maintaining compliance with required training.
  • Supporting the execution of successful sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • At least one year of experience in a sales support capacity or two years as a team member at Sunrise.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to facilitate small group presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
