Tech Innovation Lead

This is a unique opportunity to join Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team as a Scrum Master. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating transparency around teams' ability to deliver valuable outcomes and removing impediments to their success.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.
- Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need.
- Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes, adopt best practices, and drive innovation.
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey ideas, actively listen, and resolve conflicts.
- You excel in facilitation, guiding discussions, managing time, and keeping everyone engaged.
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a coach and can mentor team members and promote professional development.
- You have strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to change, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative culture.
- You are knowledgeable about the Scrum framework, including its principles, roles, and artifacts, and hold a relevant certification.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, plus profit-sharing and a comprehensive mutual insurance policy. You will also have the opportunity to work from home (2 days a week) and participate in daily training and employee events.
