In the context of the industrial division and centers of excellence, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting in responses to tenders both domestically and internationally by leveraging expertise from centers of excellence throughout various phases of the bidding process: assuming leadership roles when necessary, aiding bid teams, and facilitating connections with specialists, as well as participating in technical evaluations.
- Overseeing current and prospective bids within the industrial division, collaborating with operations, maintenance, IT departments, etc. - attending follow-up and planning meetings for bids, and working closely with other departments involved in bid preparation, particularly DEX, DSI, and DAG pilots.
- Managing case studies and collaborative modeling or benchmarking tools: spearheading the creation and updating of case studies, distributing them to bid teams, and ensuring their accessibility on Keobid.
- Engaging with teams from the Industrial Division, subsidiaries in France, and on an international scale.
Candidate Profile
A graduate from an engineering institution or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years of experience in operations or maintenance (including management, performance oversight, and contract administration). Proven experience in managing significant projects and cross-functional collaborations (project management or leading cross-functional programs with various services and operational teams). Experience in budget management is essential. Familiarity with RAO is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn about the tender process. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, with the potential for additional language skills relevant to the Group.
