Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Onet Accueil. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations, and will work closely with our management team to develop and implement effective quality and safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain quality and safety metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
