Job Description
As a mechanical designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for defense projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating 3D mechanical design studies
- Preparing technical documentation and plans
- Justifying design choices and ensuring compliance with ISO standards
- Managing component nomenclatures and tracking component requests
- Creating and managing CAD models and ensuring accurate assembly of mechanical components
Requirements
We are looking for mechanical designers with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in mechanical engineering. You should have:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ISO cotation
- A good understanding of mechanical principles and a strong sense of spatial awareness
- Experience working in the defense, nuclear, or aerospace sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software such as CREO, CATIA, and SolidWorks, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
