Job Title: Administrative Manager - Commercial Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of packaging systems, including deliveries and returns, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare customer quotes promptly and effectively, utilizing commercial acumen to drive sales growth.
- Order spare parts from suppliers to optimize stock management, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Support the customer service team by processing after-sales service files, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Commercial Support:
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external service providers for efficient order and rental execution.
- Register orders for direct supplier-client deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring.
- Create and monitor loan and rental contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze customer issues and monitor rental invoices for outstanding service, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement and monitor internal and external performance statistics for accurate analysis, informing business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a commercial field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
- Previous successful experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of commercial success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
