Astek est à la recherche d'un(e) Leader Agile (H/F) passionné(e) pour intégrer notre équipe et orchestrer l'application des méthodologies Agile dans nos projets de développement logiciel. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'optimisation des processus de notre client, en garantissant la collaboration harmonieuse des équipes et la réussite des projets.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, vous participerez à :
Facilitation Agile : En tant que Leader Agile, vous animerez les sessions de planification de sprint, les réunions quotidiennes, les revues de sprint, et les rétrospectives. Vous aiderez à surmonter les obstacles qui freinent l'équipe et veillerez à ce que les principes et pratiques Agile soient appliqués de manière cohérente. Coaching et Mentorat : Vous accompagnerez les membres de l'équipe sur les pratiques Agile et Kanban, en les aidant à comprendre leur rôle dans le processus Agile et à améliorer continuellement leurs performances. Optimisation des Processus : Vous mettrez à profit votre expérience avec les cadres de travail SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) pour aider les équipes à gérer des projets à grande échelle, en intégrant des pratiques Lean et en promouvant une culture de retour d'information et d'amélioration continue.Votre expertise :
Méthodologies Agile et Kanban : Expertise approfondie des pratiques et principes pour une gestion de projet efficace et adaptable. Cadre SAFe : Connaissance et expérience de l'application du Scaled Agile Framework pour le développement de logiciels à grande échelle. Outils de Collaboration et de Suivi : Expérience avec des outils tels que JIRA, Confluence, et Trello, qui soutiennent les processus Agile et facilitent la collaboration d'équipe. Vous interviendrez de A à Z sur des projets riches fonctionnellement et ambitieux techniquement : forte volumétrie, haut niveau de performance.
Si vous possédez un diplôme BAC + 5 d'une école d'ingénieur ou un équivalent universitaire, et que vous avez acquis 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, votre prochain défi vous attend chez nous.
