Job Summary
As a Store & LiveOps Performance Manager at Ageelink, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the global promotional strategy for our games across various platforms. Your primary objective will be to maximize the discoverability and revenue of our titles.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize merchandising, trade, and promotions policies for each store, staying ahead of the digital distribution trends.
- Act as a key liaison between internal and external teams, including publishing, development, digital stores, and licensing teams.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions regarding digital distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to plan and coordinate digital content offers and releases.
- Analyze and report on sales, DAU, attach rate, and other key metrics to drive business decisions and strategies, particularly for LiveOps/GaaS titles.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in the video game industry, with a strong understanding of digital distribution trends.
- Passion for video games, particularly indie games and retro gaming.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Store/Analytics Manager role in the video game or entertainment industry.
- MBA in marketing and/or data science, with a focus on business strategy.
- Knowledge of GaaS, LiveOps, and other emerging gaming business models is essential.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
