ENGIE is embarking on a major transformation program, GET, to drive the energy transition and industrialize the company. As a key member of the GET team, we are seeking a seasoned Factory Lead to oversee the delivery of all factories, except Middleware, and ensure industrialized ways of working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising factories, managing services, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. They will also be accountable for delivery, select, implement, and maintain tooling, and oversee global relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large SAP projects, leading global factories, and working in matrixial organizations. They will be fluent in English, have leadership and project management skills, and be able to find the right balance between industrialization and day-to-day requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to onboard one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a high IT footprint. The Factory Lead will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will contribute to the success of the GET program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all factories, except Middleware, and ensure industrialized ways of working
- Manage services and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Be accountable for delivery and select, implement, and maintain tooling
- Oversee global relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to Income Management and define and monitor adequate documents and checklists
Requirements:
- Senior position with significant experience in large SAP projects
- Experience in leading global factories
- Ability to lead in matrixial organizations
- Fluent English (oral/written)
- Leadership and project management skills
- Rigorous and able to find the right balance between industrialization and day-to-day requirements
