Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end logistics processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of logistics strategies.
  • Continuously analyze and improve existing logistics processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Lead global change management initiatives related to logistics processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Manage relationships with key logistics partners and suppliers to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Regularly report on logistics performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 10 years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, and/or related field.
  • Experience in managing large-scale logistics projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful Logistics processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Logistics software and tools.
  • Fluent in English, and German or French.
  • Travelling requested in Europe.
