- Leading significant long-term initiatives aimed at upgrading software and hardware systems.
- Implementing and overseeing containerized applications to improve efficiency.
- Boosting overall security performance and safeguarding our systems.
- Staying informed about the latest technological trends through ongoing research.
- Managing server maintenance and addressing daily operational incidents proactively.
- Engaging actively in development projects and managing business software solutions.
- Demonstrating expertise in Windows operating systems and Datacenter server management.
- Exhibiting strong capabilities in Windows service management.
- Possessing experience in virtual machine management (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Showcasing proficiency in Docker technologies and Linux environments.
- Having advanced networking knowledge (including switch configuration, VLANs, and DNS management).
- Displaying comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
- Managing VOIP systems effectively.
- Programming knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
