Marketing Team Lead

Gameloft, a leading global mobile and video games publisher, is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead its marketing efforts. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will oversee the marketing team across multiple studios, driving innovation and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and impact-driven results.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, working closely with production, live ops, user acquisition, social & digital, influencers, and public relations teams.
- Oversee the creation of promotional assets required for marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and develop marketing teams, focusing on business development and ROI-driven results.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Gameloft creates games for all digital platforms, with two of its titles featured in the "Top 10 iOS Games by All-Time Worldwide Downloads" from App Annie. The company operates its own established franchises and partners with major rights holders, including Disney, LEGO, and Universal.
