Marketing Team Lead

Gameloft, a leading global mobile and video games publisher, is seeking a talented Marketing Team Lead to join its team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing specialists across multiple Gameloft studios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the marketing specialists across several Gameloft studios.
  • Mentor and develop your team's sense of innovation, focusing on business development and impact-driven results with a strong ROI focus.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies by working closely with other teams, including Production, Live Ops, User Acquisition (UA), Social & Digital, Influencers, and Public Relations (PR).
  • Oversee the creation of promotional assets required for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
