Key Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Manager at 3 Brasseurs, you will be responsible for leading the operational team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing customer complaints and feedback
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of inventory management and quality control procedures
