Job SummaryWe are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel - Projects & Contracts to join our Global Legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support to our business units and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and support to business units and projects on contract management, negotiation, and drafting.
- Develop and implement processes and standards for contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and pragmatic advice, guidance, and support in the implementation of solutions.
- Support the Head of Legal Global Operations in developing governance, policies, processes, and best practices for contract management.
- Manage external counsel as needed, providing guidance and oversight on legal matters.
- Master 2 Business Law, ideally completed with a commercial degree type MBA or M Sc.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in contract management, legal affairs, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business and legal processes, tools, and software.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
