About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Communications Coordinator to join our team at the AXA Research Fund. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our website and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of an interactive platform to search projects with data visualization on the website by enhancing Website Search Engine Functionality
  • Collaborate with the team and external providers to develop a visualization digital tool, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data presented
  • Coordinate with relevant providers to integrate the tool into the AXA Research Fund website
  • Create guidelines and a communication plan to promote and adopt the new tool
  • Support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund, including the production and promotion of outcome reports, expert content, and digital communication campaigns
  • Engage our scientific community to adopt the new search engine and feed us with content to inform our operations of communication
