Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Communications Coordinator to join our AXA Research Fund team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations and communication of our research fund, which aims to accelerate the connection of science to action and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the evolution of our operations to implement a leaner and more impactful communication towards our audiences.
  • Manage the project to improve user experience on our website, including enhancing website search engine functionality and creating a visualization digital tool.
  • Coordinate with relevant providers to successfully integrate the tool into our website and create related guidelines and a communication plan.
  • Support the production and promotion of outcome reports, expert content, and digital communication campaigns.
  • Engage our scientific community to adopt the new search engine and feed us with content to further our operations of communication with a broader external audience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations and communications.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with fluency in English and French a plus.
  • Rigorous and autonomous in project management, including administrative and financial tasks.
  • Multitasking and results-oriented, with good command of desktop tools and social media.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
About the Role

This is a 12-month CDD/STA position, reporting to the Operations & Communications managers of the AXA Research Fund. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, with a strong culture of innovation and collaboration.
