Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Malakoff. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our commercial teams, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to commercial teams, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a commercial or business-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR initiatives and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French a plus.
