Key Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial action plans in line with strategic orientations and set objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners and sponsors.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities in the public sector and territories.
  • Support clients in promoting and optimizing their participation.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and budgets.
  • Manage and exploit client databases.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to the commercial team.
  • Support communication teams in finalizing marketing materials.
  • Support sales and accounting teams in recovering outstanding debts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship in the events industry.
  • Desire to contribute to the growth of the 'Collectivities' department.
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
  • Organized, rigorous, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to travel for events, primarily in the Paris region.
