The PEPA is a dedicated organization providing essential support and care to children and families within our community. We operate five child protection facilities across Argenteuil, Taverny, and Beauchamp, committed to delivering high-quality services that empower individuals and strengthen families.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our social care home for minors and young adults. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of social workers, caregivers, and other staff members.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes the growth and development of children.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other community partners to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a residential care facility for minors or young adults.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of child development and the challenges faced by children in care.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
