Visual Merchandising & Store Design Assistant EMEA

We're looking for a Visual Merchandising & Store Design Assistant to join our EMEA RDDC team, starting January 2025. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and advising Europe, Middle-east, Africa, Russia, and India affiliates on visual merchandising and store design initiatives.

About the Job:

Our EMEA RDDC team is responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising and store design concepts that bring our marketing calendar to life. You'll support our team in developing brand store design concepts, partnering with affiliates to develop and execute SD concepts and VM assets, and creating guidelines for collaterals and planograms.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools to aid markets with keeping up-to-date with new collateral launches and merchandising guidelines
  • Support the VM team with launch and permanent displayers regional production
  • Create VM assets in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing, and Creative teams
  • Develop technical drawings (DTO) of VM assets
  • Update lineups, schematics, and planograms for different store concepts
  • Develop VM guidelines
  • Coordinate with various departments
  • Develop VM competition survey and identify best practices to scale
  • Adapt guidelines for the creation of spaces according to market demands
  • Produce 3D store images (SketchUp) for internal and external validation
  • Realize preliminary plan packages (APS) to markets
  • Monitor production (validation of shopfitters' technical plans, verification of production up to remote installation)
  • Support the SD team with design layouts for all kinds of formats and concepts
  • Support the SD team with plan set and technical drawings corrections
  • Create 3D of new stores for market validations
  • Follow up on all phases of a store opening

About You:

We're looking for a student of Graphic/Art school type (ENSAD, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, LISAA, or interior design degree) with a minimum of one year of experience in graphism retail. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, AutoCad, and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint). Fluency in English and French is required.

Additional Job Specifications:

  • Previous experience in graphism retail is a must
  • Beauty experience will be highly appreciated
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
