About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Retail Design Development Center as a Project Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Visual Merchandising & Store Design across the region, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and calendars.

You will interface with Global Brand teams, development, and procurement teams to guarantee full respect of the brief and brand requirements. Additionally, you will support our affiliates in implementing the best execution in-store and ensuring brand equity.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core strategy of an international group and learn about the Retail stakes of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new retail concept door openings for all EMEA markets, including item ordering, production follow-up, and supplier coordination.
  • Update organizational structures and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop planograms for skincare and makeup regional guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Update databases with new products and visual merchandising elements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in launch guideline preparation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Conduct analytics studies on competition analysis and market research, providing insights for business growth.
  • Coordinate project and affiliate surveys, gathering feedback and insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate VIP visits, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow up with markets on store design and visual merchandising, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in Business or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be rigorous, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics and adaptability.
