Nous recherchons un Lead Data Analyst pour rejoindre notre équipe de data analysis à Paris. Vous serez chargé de développer des plateformes de données pour nos clients et de devenir le référent technique pour la montée en compétence en data analyse.
Responsabilités
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit et IT pour comprendre les besoins des clients.
- Transformer les données pour les rendre de qualité et exploitables pour la mise en production.
- Analyser des ensembles de données complexes pour répondre à des questions commerciales, stratégiques et opérationnelles.
- Être référent technique des outils d'analyse et de visualisation.
- Créer des tableaux de bord visuellement ergonomiques et performants et des rapports automatisés pour faciliter la compréhension des principaux indicateurs.
- Accompagner les clients à valoriser leurs données et leur donner un sens au travers d'outils d'exploration et de dashboarding.
- Fournir des recommandations et des conclusions exploitables à partir de jeux de données pour façonner de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Compétences requises
- Expérience significative en data analysis (au minimum 3 ans).
- Connaissance de SQL et/ou Python.
- Leader dans l'âme, de tempérament curieux, force de proposition, sens du partage, envie de se perfectionner en continu.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, gestion d'équipe et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes.
