Senior Data Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Lead to join our team at Contentsquare. As a key member of our global analytics team, you will be responsible for leading our French Data Analyst team, managing project scoping, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client requests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead & Manage the French Data Analyst Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to a team of Data Analysts.
- Consult with Clients: Act as a trusted consultant for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations for data analysis.
- Resource Management & Project Scoping: Manage project scoping, resourcing, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client requests.
- Deliver Insights & Reports: Support the production of full digital experience analytics reports using the Contentsquare platform, raw data, and data extracted from Contentsquare.
- Client-Focused Storytelling: Transform complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights through clear, data-driven visualizations.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to improve processes, explore new service offerings, and elevate the team's performance.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a knowledge leader for internal teams (Customer Success, Product) and clients regarding data insights and platform expertise.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Analytics, CRO, or similar data-driven environments (including at least 2+ years in a leadership role).
- Strong background in consulting, particularly in client-facing roles.
- Team management experience with a track record of coaching and developing analysts.
- Passion for data, numbers, and delivering meaningful insights.
- Expertise in Data Visualization: Proven ability to translate data into impactful narratives.
- Technical Skills: SQL knowledge is a plus; experience with analytics platforms and dashboard creation.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable presenting complex findings to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in French (native ability) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside industry experts in UX/UI, consulting, and strategy.
