You will be part of the Ab-Initio program, overseeing the training of future pilots.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and standards in flight instruction through effective supervision.
- Oversee the standardization of flight and simulator training.
- Guide recruitment and selection processes for flight instructors.
- Develop tailored MPL courses for clients.
- Manage and enhance existing training programs and materials.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:
- Must meet EASA CFI prerequisites.
- Extensive experience in flight instruction and examination.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and local authorities.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in English and another language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
