Our Job OfferWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance and Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Organize credit management and accounts payable for the local division
- Prepare a monthly financial report for the parent company in Germany and be involved in the annual financial statements for the local entities
- Act as the first point of contact for local service providers such as auditors, tax specialists, and HR specialists
- Work as part of the central corporate tax organization and be responsible for compliance with national tax requirements and required tax reporting, VAT, and Intrastat reporting
- Be responsible for human resources, payroll, and time management of local staff in coordination with the central HR department
- Relevant training in financial accounting, taxation, and/or human resources (e.g., Bachelor of Economics; Tax Specialist; Financial Accountant, etc.)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in an internationally operating corporate group or a tax consultancy
- Ability to work independently and achieve first-class results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with AS400/SAP migration with perfect knowledge in office pack; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good command of the English language; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Communication and teamwork skills
