At Select Assistants, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation and Workflow Specialist to optimize our processes using Monday.com. This role involves automating, integrating, and streamlining complex workflows to make them efficient and user-friendly.

The Role

As a Senior Automation and Workflow Specialist, you'll be responsible for data mapping, tool integration, and custom reporting. You'll implement API integrations with Monday.com, create visual workflows in Lucidchart, and ensure smooth system operations. Your proactive troubleshooting and maintenance skills will be essential in ensuring the seamless functioning of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Clear Workflows: Create visually appealing workflows that map out complex processes, making it easy for everyone to understand how things work.
  • Automate Repetitive Tasks: Develop custom automations within Monday.com to save time and reduce human error.
  • Integrate Key Tools: Work with APIs and third-party integrations to ensure that our tools talk to each other seamlessly.
  • Create Reports That Matter: Design and implement custom reporting functionalities that provide real-time insights to our team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of extensive Monday.com experience.
  • Expert in data mapping and visual workflows using tools like Lucidchart.
  • Proficient with APIs and integrating Monday.com with other platforms.
  • Skilled in creating custom automations and reports for efficiency and insights.
  • Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideas for all audiences.
