The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation and Workflow Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes using Monday.com, automating complex workflows, and ensuring seamless system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement clear workflows using Monday.com and Lucidchart to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create custom automations within Monday.com to automate repetitive tasks and reduce human error.
  • Integrate key tools and APIs to ensure smooth system operations and data exchange.
  • Develop and implement custom reporting functionalities to provide real-time insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Provide proactive troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure system uptime and optimal performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of extensive Monday.com experience.
  • Expertise in data mapping and visual workflows using tools like Lucidchart.
  • Proficiency in APIs and integrating Monday.com with other platforms.
  • Skilled in creating custom automations and reports for efficiency and insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
