Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Frontend expertise within the Product/Scrum Team to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Support software design and implementation in accordance with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for team-owned solutions, managing day-to-day pressures effectively.
  • Oversee the technical stack.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, coverage, and documentation.
  • Promote and uphold best-in-class development principles.
  • Encourage best practices in development methodologies.
  • Foster knowledge sharing regarding Frontend tools and technologies.
  • Contribute actively to the Community of Practice.
  • Stay informed about market trends through technological monitoring, presenting and implementing beneficial trends for the team and product.
  • Assist the Team Manager in recruiting new talents for the Squad/Team.
  • Support the Team Manager in the continuous development of team members, ensuring they remain current in their areas of expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, preferably in an international and multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and DevOps practices.

Professional Skills & Abilities:

  • A collaborative team player who builds and nurtures networks.
  • Ability to guide team members through changing environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
  • Strong foundation in software design and development.
  • Knowledge of architectural design patterns, with a preference for Hexagonal architecture.
  • Understanding of global architecture design patterns.
  • Familiarity with software craftsmanship principles.
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
  • 5+ years of experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as NextJs, React, or Angular.
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of REST API design, microservices, CI/CD tools, Docker, and public cloud solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
