The selected individual will operate under the guidance of the sector head of statutory health services, managing the social welfare of both permanent (civil service) and temporary (contractual) personnel across various central administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and processing requests within the defined scope of authority
- Facilitating the sick leave application procedure
- Composing official correspondence and brief notes regarding employees' health status
- Preparing documentation for the network services of various ministries
Candidates should have a solid foundation in legal and statutory health practices, adeptly navigate cross-functional processes, and offer expert guidance on medical issues to human resources departments and staff. The position also entails collaboration with diverse stakeholders and managing the effects of reforms on ongoing operations. Key functional relationships include HR services, local HR offices, ministry personnel, and medical professionals.
Expectations:
Flexibility in working hours is limited, with minimal options for remote work. Regular attendance at monthly medical council meetings and prompt preparation of review materials is essential. The ideal candidate will possess experience in human resources, exhibit adaptability, organizational skills, and discretion, while emphasizing teamwork and effective communication. Proficiency in office software, legal knowledge, and HR practices is required, with a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree.
