Job Title: Social Welfare Coordinator
The Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique is in search of a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Social Welfare Coordinator. This position entails working under the guidance of the sector head of statutory health, ensuring the social welfare of both permanent (civil servants) and temporary (contractual) personnel across various central administration departments/services. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating requests within the defined scope
- Managing the sick leave application workflow
- Composing correspondence and brief notes regarding employees' health status
- Preparing documentation for various ministry network services
Candidates should have a background in legal and statutory health, adept at navigating cross-functional processes, and providing expert advice on health-related issues to HR departments and employees. The role also requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and managing the impact of reforms on ongoing operations. Specific functional relationships include HR services, local HR offices, ministry personnel, and medical professionals.
Expectations for this role include limited flexibility in working hours, with minimal options for remote work. Regular attendance at monthly medical council meetings and timely preparation of review materials is essential. The ideal candidate will possess experience in HR, demonstrate adaptability, organizational skills, and discretion, while prioritizing teamwork and effective communication. Proficiency in office software, legal knowledge, and HR practices is required, with a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree. Relevant fields of study encompass general education, multidisciplinary legal specialties, and human resources management. A proven history in similar positions is advantageous.
