Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wind Turbine Engineer to join our team in Continental Europe O&M Offshore business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical requirements, improvements, and maintenance strategies for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) to maximize availability, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and claim technical defects in WTG components to OEMs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Assess technical risks and define necessary actions to mitigate or eliminate them.
- Monitor and supervise preventive/corrective activities carried out by OEMs or contractors to guarantee WTG availability.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure maintenance activities are fully deployed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements affecting WTG.
- Coordinate activities and standardize best practices within the Global O&M Offshore business.
- Manage personnel under remit, identify training needs, and implement necessary actions.
- Coordinate interaction with Global Technical Services, OEMs, certifiers, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as technical counterpart with OEMs, producing technical specifications and evaluations.
- Management experience in maintenance activities for onshore, offshore, CCGT, nuclear, hydro, or Oil & Gas assets.
- Participation in global teams for multitask, international projects.
- Contract management experience.
- Fluency in French, English, and Spanish.
