Position: Educator and Animator for Children

We oversee the management and organization of facilities, programs, and socio-educational and cultural initiatives aimed at Early Childhood, Childhood, Youth, and Families. As a central employer, we facilitate recruitment for our affiliated associations.
Role Overview:In collaboration with the Director of Collective Childcare, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating Engaging Activities for Children:
- Design and lead a variety of activities tailored to the developmental stages and independence of children
- Provide educational support, assist with homework, and guide children in related tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols during all activities, along with proper usage of facilities and materials - Contributing to the Educational Framework:
- Develop and execute activities that align with the educational framework established by the team under the Director's guidance
- Participate in collaborative efforts, attend team meetings, propose activity ideas, and identify necessary materials
- Foster a welcoming environment for parents - Assisting Children During Meal Times:
- Ensure children's safety during transitions and monitor attendance
- Create a lively and friendly atmosphere during meals, encouraging good manners, hygiene practices, and respect for communal living
- Support the school meal program, promote balanced nutrition, and collaborate with the team on various service tasks
- Encourage children's interest in culinary experiences
We seek enthusiastic, self-sufficient individuals with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for educational initiatives.
Experience in recreational activities, alongside the ability to design and implement engaging programs for the public, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BAFA or the opportunity for training without upfront costs
- CPJEPS
- CQP
- STAPS degree
- DE Moniteur Educateur

Additional Information:
