Offshore Hoist Operator (m/f/x)Your ContributionAs part of our welcoming and supportive team, you will uphold our high standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction through your professionalism. We offer a permanent employment contract with a flat organizational structure and a flexible work schedule that allows for 7 days off following 7 days of work.
Your Responsibilities- Operate the helicopter winch efficiently to guarantee seamless mission execution.
- Document hoist cycles along with any faults or incidents related to winch operations.
- Prepare the helicopter for missions and manage passenger interactions.
- Assist in line maintenance tasks.
- Maintain constant communication with the pilot, working as a cohesive unit.
- Adhere to the directives provided by our pilots.
- Proven experience as a Hoist Operator in the offshore industry.
- Experience in maintenance is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of winch operations and emergency equipment.
- A service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to passenger care.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
