As an integral part of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will spearhead projects in your designated area and play a crucial role in establishing and enforcing project management best practices, tools, and governance to ensure our cross-functional teams achieve project milestones effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in PMO roles within a global, technology-driven environment, demonstrating a successful history of executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes. This position will collaborate closely with our internal partnerships teams across various functions, including business development and partner management, to secure new partnerships and expand existing ones. A strong capacity to influence cross-functional teams and unite them around a common vision is essential, engaging with departments such as Partner Solutions, Product and Engineering, Marketing, Content & Editorial, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development to craft compelling value propositions and drive partnerships to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of regional partnership initiatives. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with established schedules and financial parameters. Oversee the entire negotiation and launch process of partnership agreements, including go-to-market strategies, while monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a primary liaison for regional partners and internal stakeholders. Facilitate ongoing communication and meetings with relevant parties to ensure alignment, track progress, and address any challenges. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to promote project and partnership success.
- Resource Coordination:
Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure effective project execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure necessary support and expertise. Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize project performance.
- Performance Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status and partnership progress. Conduct reviews post-project and post-deal to capture insights and apply them to future initiatives.
- Process Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements to project and partnership management processes. Establish best practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure ongoing adaptation to evolving regional and organizational needs.
Qualifications:
This role is ideal for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on partnership or deal management, or product marketing and management.
- Experience in PMO, PM, or PMM roles within technology, media, telecommunications, or enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and partnerships independently and effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, Microsoft Project, JIRA), visualization tools (e.g., MIRO, Figma), and familiarity with methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with a successful track record in driving joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to engage actively in tasks.
