About the Role

Airbnb is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for leading strategic business partnerships activities in the France & Belgium territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concepts and frameworks for partnerships and business development projects in alignment with global brand and partnership guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for establishing partnerships and business development activities that support our business goals.
  • Model the financial and strategic impact of partnerships.
  • Ensure excellent execution and ongoing management of partnerships and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in growth-oriented roles.
  • Deep business acumen to conduct extensive market research and anticipate product and business needs.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven partnership management experience.
  • Knowledge of the local culture and environment.
