As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and drawing interior parts of trains using Catia V5 and DMA, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interior parts of trains, taking into account factors such as weight, acoustics, eco-design, aerodynamics, and aeraulics.
- Deploy and apply project Train Design development procedures, catalogue, and standard solutions.
- Optimize part design to achieve recurring and non-recurring costs targets and ensure committed planning.
- Collaborate with external engineering sub-contractors and site CAD engineers.
- Verify digital mock-up consistency, ensuring no interferences, equipment localization, and volume.
- Prepare design review elements with Lead Engineer support.
- Engineer educational background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in design of mechanical parts.
- Excellent skills in CATIA V5.
- Better if knowledge of DMA.
- English speaking.
