Role Overview
We are in search of a Project Coordination Specialist to enhance our expanding operations and aid in the effective execution of our strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Commerce Division, you will engage with multiple departments across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a holistic overview of project portfolios to guarantee alignment with our strategic objectives
- Facilitating project execution and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
- Establishing and monitoring control mechanisms for processes and methodologies
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities for enhancement in project execution
- Producing regular consolidated reports and summaries of project status
- Preparing essential materials for project team meetings
- Collaborating closely with Project Management Officers from various departments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adept at problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level) and proficiency in the MS Office suite
