As part of our HR team, we are looking for a HR Project Coordinator - F/M on a permanent contract.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in large-scale projects and wish to contribute to an innovative organization with ambitious growth objectives. You will be integral to the HR functions, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering university partnerships, and driving HR development initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing recruitment strategies within the organization,
- Building and nurturing relationships with universities and managing internship programs,
- Supporting various HR development projects.
To succeed in this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, along with 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR capacity. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in office software and social media platforms are essential.
