Havas Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Global Art Director to lead the visual conception and design for our clients' campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and creative concepts for integrated campaigns and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns across various channels
- Collaborate with copy, strategy, and account teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging
- Mentor and lead creative teams, providing feedback and guidance
- Manage external service providers, including photographers, motion designers, and graphic artists
- Present and defend ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience as an Art Director in a similar environment, advertising agency, or healthcare communications agency
- Strategically creative profile with a deep understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences
- Perfect command of written and spoken English, fluent/native proficiency
- Good level of written and spoken French (ideally B2 minimum)
- Technical tools: mastery of the Adobe suite, generative AI, Figma, and other sources of creative thinking
